100% solids content,with rubber,POLYISOBUTYLENE based solid elastomers.One-component,solvent-free,no fog,not curing,the first sealing for insuating glass,permanently plasticity.It can keep plasticity,
sealing,surface not craking and not harden in a wide temperature range.It has good adhesion with glass,aluminum,gakvanized steel stainless and other materials.Due to its extremely low water vapor trans-mission rate,it works with elastic sealant together form an excellent heat system.

The hot melt butyl sealant for insulating glass,with excellent adhesion to glass aluminum frame,high airtightness and high bonding strength.
UV-resistance ability is superior,superior water tightness.
Use a wide temperature range,good extrusion resistance.
3A Molecular sieve
The hollow glass molecular sieve can simultaneously absorb the water and residual organic matter in the hollow glass,so that the water and residual organic matter in the hollow glass can be kept clean and transparent even at very low temperature,and at the same time,it can fully reduce the strong and
differenceof the hollow glass due to the great changes of season and day night temperature difference,
Hollow glass molecular sieve also solves the problem of distortion and fragmentation caused by expansion or contraction of insulating glass,and prolongs the service life of insulating glass.
Application Area
1.As a first insulating glass sealant in insulating glass production,to complete the double sealing with Silicone sealant, polysulfide sealant.Keep the applying area clean and dry,use the special hot melt extrusion pump.
2.Extrusion temperature at 120ºC-135ºC, environmental temperature >5ºC.
3.Control of the glue by adjusting the rubber pump with the difference of the temperature.
Mainly used for first-step sealing of insulating glass and glass curtain wall, fridge and ice tank etc.
The temperature range is between 110-140 °C
1. Appearance: homogeneous black putty.
2. Odor: odorless.
3. Denseness: forever ductility.
4. Density: 1.10g/cm3 or less.
5. SuitableTemperature: -40°C+80°C, keep the surface and edges and corners non-cracking,non- drooped.
6. Extruding temperature: 130°C or so.
7. Viscosity of strength:2.5 × 10-3mPa or more (Hard Aluminum / Hard Aluminum.)
8. Water Vapor Penetration Rate:10g / m³ or less.
9. Ultraviolet Radiation Resistance: Qualified
